I run therefore I get hungry and so I eat so how can I lose weight? Any tips? Its worse because mom is now completely in charge of all the cooking and who can resist moms home cooking !
My advice: enjoy Mom's cooking. She doesn't make it out to visit you very often, and probably loves seeing you eat the food she makes. It really IS a good excuse;)
Course, I don't know if you're having to stay fit at this particular time for a run. Wish you the best of luck either way.
I agree. Food and exercise in moderation are a great combination. If you are active enough, you should be able to enjoy the food you like! And don't feel guilty about it.

Hey Miss runner...I seriously doubt you need to worry about this issue, w/ all the miles you're logging. I'm w/ the others, enjoy your Mama's cooking!
Invite me over, then you won't have as much to eat.

I say eat less. It's good. Probably really good...just don't over do it, ya know?
