This post makes me want to start running to see if I could run a half-marathon.

alright!! good on ya! wasn't as bad as you expected was it?! :)

brother said that bike week was ok - he's been there before so he only spent better part of a day. visited some NAMVET friends, checked out some bikes...

they went to disneyworld also. saw the braves play the yankees! was kinda surprised that they actually raised the ticket prices on the game simply because it was the yankees! but they enjoyed the game nonetheless....

I wish I had another contact with you...so I could explain, but wanted you to know I deleted your comment about the "pastor situation". I worried about the comment that I left on your blog. I, at least, should have left it anonymously. We (our church) have had a very disappointing, traumatic experience this past week. I feel that God is going to use it to bring about some drastic changes. Please pray for us.

And, thank you!! for your visit.

I admire you so much for your dedication to "your sport". Our grandson (28) is a marathon runner. He seems to 'always' be in training!

Awesome! But it wasn't the first time you ran that far...cuz you did the Nike via your Ipod...but this was for real with the starting line and everything!

Good luck with the marathon...I did one- and that was enough for me! I am doing hte Rock N Roll 1/2 in Seattle in June...now I just need to start training!

I wish I could say a half has even made it on to my....my what? A to-do list? What's that??! Teasing of course. I know what a list is, but I'm plum serious about the marathon. My hat's off to ya Frasy. Go for it! I'll be waiting with the gatorade-water, you name it! : )
